Front of House

We have an incredible opportunity for a first-class Front of House to support our award-winning team within the busy admin function and reception desk located in our vibrant, new offices in Belfast city centre. You will be an ambassador for the company providing professional and personable meet and greet to all levels.

What we're looking for

You will be a highly efficient representative responsible for answering and directing calls, email management, meeting/greeting, office upkeep (both front of house and within studio), travel management and keeping the entire office space looking immaculate...and so much more. You may also be required to support with human resource activity and engage in public relations/marketing for the company or internal team purposes from time to time.

You will have a minimum of 1 year reception experience in an office reception environment, preferably within the agency world. An interest in all things digital would be beneficial as would a strong background in customer service. If you have a degree, great, but experience, personality, positive attitude and a great deal of initiative is far more important at Made to Engage.

You’ll exude a calm, confident manner and a have a natural ability to organise. You’ll also have an innate ability to work under pressure with a smile and help spread an air of calm within the office. As you’ll be representing the company it is important that you are impeccably presented and possess a natural flair for providing a top-quality service. All in all, you’ll be a sophisticated, down to earth receptionist looking to start a career within an innovative organisation.

You will be an integral and crucial part of the day-to-day success of our building, and as such a key part of our operational team and as the “face” of the company, you will assist with the daily operations of the building, whilst working within a cohesive team.  This is an exciting and dynamic role where no single day is the same and is a fundamental part to our overall success.
