What we're looking for

We are looking for a Data and analytics all-star. You must bring experience of and a background in Digital marketing, an interest in Search engine optimisation would be a huge advantage, as would, experience in or with ecommerce. Must bring expert proficiency in the suite of Google platforms, Specifically Tag manager, Data Studio and Google Analytics.  Equally relevant experience working in Google Search Console and industry search performance tools like Moz, Screaming Frog and SEM Rush would set you apart. 

In this role, you’ll have the chance to work as part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside the best breed of Digital Marketeers, Content Developers, UX Designers & Web Designers and Front-end Developers for world class clients. You’ll be expected to take a lead in your specialism using Market-leading technology and agile delivery methods on projects.

The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into tangible actions assisting our clients with the reporting and optimisation of their commerce and marketing activities.

You'll have experience of

  • Google analytics, tag manager, data studio and an understanding of other Analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with search tools such as Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Moz and Screaming Frog.
  • Using data to inform and define the approach when creating Marketing outcomes, Experience of CRO and experience using data to inform User Experience and User Centered design activities.
  • Defining and set up of high-quality site tagging and event tracking in the production of insightful data dashboards.
  • Understanding of legal requirements relating to GDPR and the ability to create compliant marketing solutions

What we look for

  • Equivalent of 3+ years of experience working in the digital marketing sector
  • Ability to create and present reports
  • Experience of managing multiple project streams simultaneously
  • Quantifiable experience, either within an agency or in-house
  • Strong collaborative team working skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and a logical approach to work
  • Strong subject matter expertise and gravitas
  • An ability to work to deadlines
  • Commercial awareness and a view on emerging technology and innovations in the industry
  • Marketing qualifications an advantage
  • An inquisitive mindset and the ability to apply critical thinking to complex projects
