A little about us...

We are a Belfast based digital agency, with teams and offices in Dublin and London. We started out in 2012 and the growth we've seen in the last 8 years has us named the fastest growing digital agency in Ireland in the Deloitte Fast50s. We specialise in commerce platform implementation, complex technology integrations and digital transformation. All of this is enabled by a driven development team, talented customer engagement team, inspired designers and UX experts and the ones who make the magic really happen, our account managers, delivery managers and client success managers.

What gets us out of bed in the morning?

We’re a growing team, with 60+ members across our bases in Belfast, Dublin and London. Our culture and collaboration is just as important to us as our increasing expertise, capabilities and growing projects. We asked a few members across our team to tell us what they get out of bed for in the morning…

Work that's exciting

"Working with recognisable names such as Power NI, the PSNI and Eason, through to those which spark nostalgia like the Hornby, Airfix, Corgi and Scalectrix, the projects at Made to Engage just keep getting bigger, better, more interesting and much more exciting when you see the hard work that goes in pay off." - Janaka Fernando, Head of Product Strategy

People with Passion

"When I joined the team, the first thing I noticed was the passion people had for what they do. Everyone is willing to go the extra mile to overcome a challenging project, or even just to support a colleague by taking the time to share their knowledge. It's embedded in the culture of the business." - Clare Geehan, Digital Strategist

A space to be creative

"The space we have built in Belfast is designed to inspire creativity. It's built for collaboration within and between teams, from it's layout to the facilities that support us in developing our concepts and ideas. It's a mentality of the business itself, we're given room to be our creative selves, and the support to make these ideas come to life." - Stephen Kearney, Video Producer & Editor

Opportunity to grow

"I joined Made to Engage's Grad Academy fresh out of university in 2017. Since, they've enabled me to grow from a graduate developer into an associate developer role in just under a year. My technical skills are constantly progressing due to having a personal roadmap which lets me see where my career is going and what I need to do to achieve my goals." - Adam Sutton, Associate Developer

The Graduate Academy

Specific to nurturing the fresh talent our graduate developers have, we have developed the Made to Engage Graduate Academy. This programme is designed to accelerate graduate developers into projects, equipping them with the technical knowledge to hit the ground running and thrive within their new role.
