On Wednesday 28th September I delivered an Episerver webinar with the Irish Greyhound Board, while the rest of the Engage team gathered around the big screen to watch.

The webinar demonstrated how Engage has used Episerver’s functionality to deliver personalised experiences for IGB customers and ultimately, drive footfall, bookings and profit.

Google Adwords Certification & Google Garage On Tour

Towards the end of September, the Digital Success team made it our mission to renew and update our Google Adwords certifications. So, we locked ourselves away in a quiet room for an entire afternoon, knuckled down and sat our exams like we were back at school doing GCSEs.

Thankfully our hard work and swotting up paid off, as we all managed to pass with flying colours like the A* students we are…

In between all that, we also found the time to attend Google Garage On Tour at Belfast Met, where we gained some great insight into the multitude of Google tools and services that businesses have at their disposal.

Digital DNA @ The Planetarium

On Thursday 29th September, we teamed up with Digital DNA for their bespoke day-long conference at Armagh Planetarium. 200 businesses attended the sold out event which brought together business and technology thought-leaders who highlighted the many ways in which we can grow through embracing digital. We were delighted to be asked to host a workshop on ‘Using Data Driven Marketing To Achieve Personalisation.’ It was a great event with some really insightful speakers and we were pleased to hear that our workshop was very well received on social media.
