We attended the Episerver Awards in London on Tuesday 31st October and were delighted to walk away with Best Lead Generation Website for permanent tsb and Best Service and Support Website for PSNI.
Engage Managing Director, Stephen Cassin said: “As an Episerver Premium Partner, winning these two awards means a lot to us. It’s a testament to the effort and skills of our talented developers who work hard to constantly evolve and enhance their knowledge of the Episerver Platform and use its extensive features to bring innovation to our clients and their customers.
"We’re incredibly proud of both projects, and how we have supported these organisations to achieve more online and cement themselves as leaders of their industry. It's great for the PSNI and permanent TSB to receive recognition for their unique, relevant and memorable user experiences, helping not just the users to achieve their online goals but allowing both organisations to achieve their digital objectives also."
Engage is the only Episerver Premium Partner in Ireland and one of just 10 in the UK. We have delivered websites and digital experiences using this platform for a range of clients, including Power NI, Irish Ferries, Easons and BNP Paribas.
Engage began working with permanent tsb back in 2015 with a vision to use technology and digital strategy to position them as a true digital banking leader.
We brought them a website that’s built for their customers, speaking to them in their language and giving them the power to self serve; make appointments and complete forms online, from any device.
The results of this project were quickly astounding; driving a 2,100+% increase in leads and empowering permanent tsb to create fast landing pages and powerful, engaging experiences with their customers using Episerver.
As far as awards go, this project has been one of Engage’s most successful. In 2016 it picked up Best Website at the Eir Spider Awards, the Accenture Digital Media Awards and the DANI Awards. And all for good reason (if we do say so ourselves!).
The new website we created for the PSNI has really driven their digital transformation. By introducing a new online crime reporting system and giving vulnerable people instant access to the information they need, when they need it, the way in which citizens engage with the PSNI has vastly improved.
The website has been used by over 500,000 Northern Irish people and on-emergengy online crime reporting increased by a staggering 1,000% which now enables officers and administrative staff to focus on other, more critical services.
